Paul is a corporate intrapreneur with experience of launching new propositions, managing product portfolios, and creating start-up ventures. Paul has a varied background in Proposition Design, Marketing and Business Development across Finance, Insurance, Energy and Service industries.
Having previously founded Centrica’s UK Innovation Lab, Paul is passionate about unearthing customer needs, and developing new business models that are fit for the future. He is focussed on creating the right organisational structure, skills and culture to allow innovation to thrive at Aviva.
