The enhancements see clients offered a consultative service that includes ongoing analysis of the GIP scheme - enabling clients to track trends in claims, plus advice on ways to improve the scheme - and acts as a budgeting tool for staff sickness in offering insights into the impact on premiums based on current analysis.

The service offers:

  • Tailored claim reports: Containing bespoke information and commentary for the scheme, including claims performance, status of current claims and comparison data - enables analysis of the claims experience.
  • Key account meeting: Two meetings per year with a designated Key Account Manager to review and improve scheme performance.
  • Dedicated contacts: Clients provided with contact names within claims, underwriting
    and sales.

Nick Homer, senior propositions development manager, comments: "We work closely with our clients to ensure we're offering them a service tailored to their working practices and commercial needs. Key Account Solutions uses our wellness expertise to help our clients identify trends in claims and subsequent actions that can be taken to improve the performance of the scheme and the health of their workforce."
