- All Aviva France information on a single site
Aviva France, a major player in life insurance and long-term savings, asset management and non-life insurance, announces the launch of its overhauled website www.aviva.fr, an amalgamation of the sites www.aviva.fr, www.aviva-vie.fr and www.aviva-assurances.com, which provides all information about Aviva in a single location.
Simplified presentation
www.aviva.fr is organised according to target groups – private individuals or professionals – to enable visitors to the site to access the section of their choice directly from the home page. The new site is more practical and user friendly, and presents all the Aviva products, encompassing life, health, home and car insurance.
The website has sections for each of the Aviva business areas: life insurance and long-term savings, non-life insurance and asset management. It also contains full corporate information about Aviva in France, including a presentation of the group and details about recruitment, sustainable development and prevention.
Optimised Aviva adviser search with GPS
The path from the home page has been simplified and enhanced to make it easier for visitors find an Aviva adviser located in their area. A new, more ergonomic, GPS tool facilitates the search for a local Aviva general agent or Aviva Epargne et Conseil sales adviser, depending on the products that interest the customer.

“The overhaul of www.aviva.fr is part of our 'One Aviva, twice the value' strategy, which aims to enhance our existing activities, particularly through a process of simplification” explained Laurent Thérézien, head of marketing and direct distribution at Aviva France.
“The modernisation of our website reflects our wish to always be more customer-orientated, through a multi-channel and clicks-and-mortar strategy. This enables our customers to find out more about our insurance offers and, in a click, get in touch with our general agents or sales advisers based near them. The insurance sector is undergoing its internet revolution and our general agent partners will play a key role in that.”
