Jason Bates, 35, from Tipton, West Midlands has been awarded the title of RAC’s Customer Service Ambassador of the Year – a prestigious award that marks him as RAC’s top performing customer service advisor.
Jason’s outstanding customer service skills, coupled with his commitment and motivation, have resulted in his success at this year’s RAC Ambassador Awards held at the Motor Heritage Museum, Gaydon on 26 March.
Following the awards, Jason said: “I am really pleased to achieve this recognition for my job at RAC. I enjoy working in the team, and I am looking forward to my future within the business.”
Angela Seymour-Jackson, RAC managing director, said: “Jason always goes above and beyond expectations with the service he provides to his customers. He has been nominated for this award for the past three years, so he thoroughly deserves to win it this time. Jason demonstrated his customer skills and dedication to the role during the winter period, when he helped to manage RAC’s specialist 4x4 vehicles during the worst period of snow.”
Jason has recently been accepted onto a fast track management programme within Aviva, and will spend the next two years working across four placements around the business as part of a management scheme.
